We reserve your time slot just for you. That means we do not double book. If you must cancel we impose a 30% fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling the appointment can be done but it must be prior to 48 hrs of the appointment time. The cancellation fee must be paid to schedule again.
